Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sudzona Soapery. Every product is handcrafted in small batches, and we take great care in packing and sending your order. Below you’ll find details on processing times, shipping methods, tracking, and more.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
During holidays, seasonal launches, or high-order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and chosen shipping method.

We currently ship within the United States. 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Warm Weather Notice

Some items—such as butters or balms—may soften or melt during transit in hot weather. If melting occurs, place the product in the refrigerator to resolidify. This does not affect product quality.

Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an address is entered incorrectly and the order is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Sudzona Soapery is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is out of our control.
Sudzona Soapery is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delays caused by the carrier

If your order shows delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, your postal office, or your carrier’s local branch.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging and damaged items

We will replace the damaged item or provide a refund when appropriate.
